Refund policy

Refund and exchange is available only in case if wrong items are delivered to you. Please ensure to report a return request within 14 days of receiving your order. Processing time for return orders varies from 1 to 2 week.

If you receive a piece that is already damaged, kindly document via video and get in touch with us. Incase the item can not be exchanged due to inventory reasons, a refund will be made.

Use your items as per the 'safety and use instructions'. Damage done at customer's end will not be refunded/exchanged.
